practitioner specialising in the MBL Method for Living Well.
A holistic practice of movement, breath work and lifestyle, the MBL Method is a kind and

how best to work with your body, breath and lifestyle according to your own needs and abilities.
The movement and breath work practice, can always be modified, and chair support provided
or recommended for those who prefer it.
How is the MBL Method delivered?
The MBL Method is delivered in person and online, in regular group classes and as bespoke 1:1 sessions.
Offerings are available for retreats and corporate.

ABOUT Rae Bird
I am a 500RYT yoga teacher based near Stamford, Lincolnshire UK. I trained at Bahia Yoga, Nottingham (60hr Yoga Foundation Course; www.bahiayoga.com), CAMYoga in Cambridge (200hr Teacher Training; www.camyoga.co.uk) and Nourish Yoga (300hr Teacher Training). I am also a Qi Gong practitioner currently undergoing training with Nick Loffree (nickloffree.com) and Mimi Kuo Deemer. I have studied the ancient lifestyle wisdom of Ayurveda with the Ayurvedic Mentor Dr Sam Watts (xxxxx) and the science of breathing well with xxxx.
I love to share my practice with people from all walks of life, all ages, abilities and interests. I make it my priority to make movement and breathwork accessible for every body and every mind and welcome working with those with chronic illnesses.
Yoga, Qi Gong and breathwork are a lifetime of learning. I learn as much from you, as you learn from me. I am inspired by exploring my own daily practice, by reading, listening to podcasts, furthering my studies, and regularly attending workshops and classes with leading movement and breathwork educators.
